In August 2014 Sibniiprojectcement has performed basic and detailed engineering documentation and handed it over to the customer for retrofit of the current aspiration system of the fine-crushing department at JSC Chernorechensky Quarry (JSC Iskitimcement).
The present project is aimed at replacement of the existing inefficient aspiration equipment with the new one, which will ensure outlet dust content not more than 20mg/nm3 and provide safe operation. |

This project is aimed at decrease in dust emission from current rotary kilns no. 1, 2 by replacement of the obsolete electrostatic precipitators with the new efficient ones. The works were performed in accordance with the NCP’s plan of measures to reduce negative impact of hazardous emission into the atmosphere.
Two*30 000m3/h three-field electrostatic precipitators manufactured by ELEX shall be installed for treatment of exhaust gas from kilns 1, 2. Residual dust shall not exceed 30mg/nm3. |

On January 2014 Sibniiprojectcement has completed basic and detailed engineering in full and handed it over to the Customer LLC Bergauf Marusino. This project involves construction of new Manufacturing Works of building dry mixes in Marusino village (retrofit of reinforced-concrete department), Novosibirsk Region.
The engineering documentation has been approved by the State Examination Authority. At present the project is at the stage of construction and erection. The plant is to be put into operation in November 2014. |
